Why Come to Master's Life?

Master's Life is a discipleship program designed to develop and inspire students into Christian leadership and into finding and fulfilling their God given destiny. Both lay-leader congregants and individuals called of God, for part-time or full-time ministry, attend Master's Life for one or more of the following reasons:

• To increase in biblical knowledge. To better understand the principles, doctrines and applications of the Word of God
  through faith.

• To learn what the plan and purpose of God is for their life as an individual-students seeking a clear understanding of what
  God has called them to do.

• To take their zeal and hunger for the things of God and channel it into highly effective ministries.

• Once God has called an individual into ministry, Master's Life provides training for the ministry through biblical understand­
  ing, equipping and practical ministry application.

What Does the Master's Life Entail?

Every student comes to spend 18 months immersed in intense biblical courses, training, practical ministry, evangelism and mis­sion trips. There is a 2 week Christmas holiday and a 3 month summer break. Master's Life focuses on discipleship, leadership and evangelism. The program includes 48 classroom courses, music classes, evangelistic drama classes, foundational ministry application, practical ministry application through serving in many diversified ministries, and advanced ministry for our second year students. Students will participate in evangelism using a variety of learned methods to include: music and choir, large scale multi-media dramatic productions, praise dancing, street evangelism and will be given mission trip opportunities. Second year students will have opportunities to minister, give sermons or teachings in area jails, nursing homes and in ministries of Abundant Life Christian Center to include: Children's Classes, Children's Church, and in Youth Church.

Whole Man Training

Here at Master's Life we believe that for a servant of the Lord to fulfill their destiny in God, they must flourish in all parts of their being.

• Spirit
  Each believer has been given a new spirit. The Word of God says He has given us all spiritual gifts. We train our students in strengthening their spirit and in finding and developing their spiritual gifts.

• Soul
  We feed the soul by teaching our students that through the Word we think on the things of God, which in turn causes our thoughts and emotions to line up with God's will.

• Body
  We train students to put their flesh under subjection to the will of the Father, and educate them in the importance of healthful living and in fasting and prayer.
  

Destiny Training

We not only engage each student in classes that develop a strong biblical and doctrinal foundation, we also supply continual application of the principles learned. Here at Master's Life at Abundant Life, more than 200 ministry opportunities are offered. Here are just a few:
